Oggi sono felice di presentarvi un prodotto di cui non mi sembra di aver letto ancora nulla in giro, nel mondo dei blog ecobio (ora sicuramente mi indicherete 100 recensioni in cui se ne è già parlato ): il latte detergente della linea sacred nature di [Comfort Zone].

Today I am happy to introduce a product about which I haven't read so much around on blogs dealing with natural and organic cosmetics (now you will fetch 100 reviews that tell about it): the cleansing milk of the range sacred nature by [Comfort Zone].

 In primo luogo, il produttore:

[Comfort Zone] è una azienda che produce cosmesi di alto livello dedicando molte energie alla ricerca, al fine di creare prodotti di eccellenza. Si tratta di una azienda appartenente al Gruppo Davines (forse lo conoscete), fondata nel 1996. I prodotti [Comfort Zone] vengono impiegati in tutto il mondo in hotel, spa e centri benessere che vogliono offrire ai propri clienti un trattamento di lusso. Benché gli ingredienti scelti per le proprie formulazioni siano eccellenti, [Comfort Zone] non offre prodotti unicamente ecobio (purtroppo). Ad ogni modo, è stata creata un'intera linea, la sopracitata sacred nature, che consta di pochi prodotti (mirati!), a marchio ecocert® e, dunque, perfetta per noi amanti degli inci verdi! Qui trovate tutta la linea!

  First of all, the brand:
[Comfort Zone] is a brand that produces high-end cosmetics ,devoting its energies to research, in order to create excellent products. This brand belongs to the Davines Group (maybe you've heard about it) and it was founded in 1996. These products are sold and used all over the world in hotels and spas that wish to offer their customers deluxe treatments. Although all the ingredients employed in the formulas are certainly excellent, [Comfort Zone] does not produce natural and organic products only (unfortunately). But a whole natural range exists indeed, the above-mentioned sacred nature, featuring few (but targeted) products, which are certified by ecocert® and are, then, just perfect for us, who love natural cosmetic products! Here you find the whole range!

Questo latte detergente a marchio ecocert® si presenta in un tubetto(ne) di plastica da 200 ml, con un raffinato tappo in legno  come chiusura (piuttosto pesante, in effetti...mi è caduto un paio di volte sul piede). Negli scaffali lo trovate all'interno di una bella scatola di cartone, che gli conferisce un gradevole aspetto rustico.

This cleansing milk certified by ecocert® is sold in a 200 ml (6.76 fl.oz) plastic tube with a special, very elegant, wooden cap. On the shelves you will see it in a nice cardboard box, which gives it a sort of rustic look, if one may say something like that.

al suo interno il prodotto è tutt'altro che rustico. In primo luogo, si tratta di una emulsione veramente piacevole da usare (in effetti questo è un po' un aspetto esteriore, ma dipende pur sempre dalla formulazione), una crema, direi, ecco, piuttosto che un latte - come potete vedere dalla foto qui sotto.

the product inside  is everything but "rustic". First of all, the emulsion is very pleasant to use (actually this is also something that can be seen from the outside but it actually  depends on its formula), a cream, I'd say, rather than a milk - as you can see from the picture below. 

 Questa crema soffice una volta massaggiata sul viso non si assorbe rapidamente, anzi, al contrario, rimane sulla pelle sotto forma di questa patina bianca visibile nella foto qui sotto (nella quale, sì, mi andava di fare la pagliaccia ). 

  This soft cream won't absorb so fast once you have applied it on your skin, on the contrary it creates a sort of white cast, which is visible in the picture below (in which I felt like playing the part of the clown  ).

 Trovo questo aspetto molto piacevole perché corrisponde ad una caratteristica importante di questo prodotto: la grande capacità di idratare. Sotto la patina bianca, infatti, la crema detergente di [Comfort Zone] idrata la pelle a fondo. Dopo aver massaggiato la crema e averla poi risciacquata (io sempre con la mia fida spugnetta fine dama lavata di Cose della Natura  - non la conoscete!? Cliccate qui - che potete vedere nella prima foto di questo articolo ) la pelle non è affatto secca, non tira e, anzi, risulta particolarmente morbida. A lungo termine, questa crema detergente rende senz'altro la pelle molto luminosa e compatta. Indubbiamente l'ideale sarebbe combinarla con la crema della stessa linea per avere maggiori e più evidenti risultati.

  This detail is very nice indeed since it reflects one of the most important characteristics of this product: its incredible hydrating power. Under that white cast, in fact, this cleansing cream by [Comfort Zone] deeply hydrates the skin. After massaging the cream and rinsing it (I always do it with my beloved sea sponge by Cose della Natura - don't you know it!? Click here - that you can see in the first pic in this post ), my skin is not at all dry and it does not feel like it lacks elasticity (it often happens with some other cleansers instead), on the contrary it is particularly soft. By using it on a regular basis, this cream really makes the skin radiant and toned. Undoubtedly, to make the most of this cream, it would be better to use its pairing fluid.

 Come potete vedere dall'immagine qui sopra, l'inci è di tutto rispetto, ricco di ingredienti preziosi. L'estratto di arbusto delle farfalle, una pianta dalle grandi proprietà anti-età, garantisce un aiuto per la difesa del DNA cellulare. L'olio di buriti, ricavato da un albero chiamato "albero della vita", è un olio prezioso dal bel colore arancione - questo ci indica quanto sia ricco di carotenidi e, dunque, antiossidante - e molto nutriente. Completano la formula, l'idrolato di fiori d'arancio (usato in gran parte al posto dell'acqua), capace di rimineralizzare, e il burro di karité, le cui proprietà idratanti e protettive sono ben conosciute. Circa il 12 % degli ingredienti utilizzati è biologico. 


  As you can see from the image above, the inci list is really good, rich in precious ingredients. The extract of butterfly bush, a plant with great anti-age properties, helps in protecting the DNA of the skin's cells. Buriti oil, obtained from a tree also known as "tree of life", is a precious oil with a unique color, namely a bright orange - this recalls its richness in carotenoids and, then, its anti-oxidant power - and a highly nourishing oil as well. Some other nice ingredients are also present in the formula: distilled orange water (which has a remineralizing action) and shea butter, whose hydrating and protective properties are renowned. More or less 12 % of the ingredients employed is organic. 

 La crema strucca perfettamente (anche il trucco più resistente) e si rimuove con facilità (anche senza spugnetta volendo) e lascia, come vi dicevo, la pelle morbida. 

  This cream perfectly removes make up (also very resistant make up), it can be removed easily (also without a sponge), and it leaves, as I said, my skin soft.

   Se non vi interessa la questione "profumazione" vi conviene saltare il prossimo - dettagliatissimo  - paragrafo!/If you are not interested in the matter "fragrance", you'd better avoid reading the next - extra detailed  - paragraph!

Anche il naso vuole la sua parte!

 Il profumo del prodotto - sapete quanto le profumazioni siano importanti per me - è gradevole, a dir poco. Mi ero messa in contatto con l'azienda per chiedere informazioni sui prodotti prima di comprarne altri (il primo prodotto che ho provato di questa linea è un altro e ve ne parlerò presto ) e la gentilissima Marina mi aveva dato delle informazioni anche sul profumo, vi riporto qui ciò che mi ha detto: 

"L’intera linea è armonizzata da una fragranza ecocert® dolce e rassicurante, lontana dalle caratteristiche note pungenti e balsamiche degli oli essenziali che spesso distinguono i prodotti biologici. Il profumo selezionato perfettamente rimanda al naturale e nella sua semplicità rasserena e rassicura. Caratterizzato da una nota di testa di mandorla, che viene resa meno connotata da un cuore di legno di cedro e vaniglia, è ravvivato da un fondo più vivace leggermente agrumato, che lascia una delicata memoria olfattiva facilmente identificabile.

Il profumo esalta perfettamente le caratteristiche di nutrimento e protezione della linea e pone la stessa in un segmento olfattivo naturale unico.

Le note ecocert® nella loro naturalità possono contenere oli essenziali e pertanto per l’uso in gravidanza e durante l’allattamento è opportuno fare riferimento al proprio medico."

Devo dire che me lo aspettavo diverso, in base a questa descrizione, ma vi assicuro che si tratta di una profumazione eccellente. Dolce e rassicurante, soffice - come la consistenza del prodotto stesso - e non invadente. Confermo che si tratta di un profumo unico perché non ho sentito nulla di simile in altri prodotti. 

Smell counts too!
  This is one of the parts that made me want to write an alert at the beginning of the post because it is quite thorny for me to write in English.  When I discovered this range in a pharmacy near my house I wrote a message on Facebook to [Comfort Zone] in order to know more about the other products of the range (the first product I bought is not this cream, you will read a post about this other product) and Marina, who answered my message, was very nice and sent me ,among other things, a very detailled description of the fragrance used for this range (as you may know, I am very particular about smells). Now, it would be really difficult for me to translate the passage in English since it describes the fragrance scientifically but I can tell you roughly what it is all about: a fragrance certified by ecocert® was chosen for the whole range, it is a sweet and calming fragrance, which has nothing to do with those traditional strong-smelling and balsamic fragrances that are usually employed in many natural and organic products. It is characterized by head notes of almond, softened by heart notes of cedar wood and vanilla and finally a light citrusy smell for the base notes. This fragrance can contain essential oils of course and it is therefore recommended for pregnant women to seek the advice of a doctor (but this could be said to be true for every product containing a fragrance) when using this products. 

By reading this description I had imagined a different perfume, but I must say that I like it a lot. It is really sweet and reassuring. I can also confirm that it is unique, since I haven't smelled anything similar in other natural products.

 Usi alternativi? Sì, grazie!
Forse avrete già avuto modo di capire che io amo usare i prodotti in modo diverso da quello per il quale sono stati ideati. Ovviamente nei limiti del possibile (insomma, non è che mi metto a spalmarmi il balsamo per i capelli sul viso)! In questo caso, dato l'alto potere idratante e nutriente di questa crema detergente, ho pensato a due usi alternativi: 

1) maschera rigenerante per il viso.  Mi è venuto in mente proprio spalmandola per struccarmi. Dal momento che rimane quella patina bianca di cui sopra, un giorno ho pensato di lasciarla agire per qualche minuto. Il risultato è stato simile a quello che dà ad ogni utilizzo la crema detergente, soltanto potenziato. L'ho trovata particolarmente adatta come trattamento post-mare, quando il viso (nonostante la crema con protezione solare) sembrava l'emoji qui sopra! Consigliato! 

2) maschera nutriente contorno occhi.  Questo utilizzo deriva dal fatto che io sono un povero esserino afflitto da occhiaie pressoché croniche. Le occhiaie sono spesso dovute a scarsa idratazione (oltre che poco riposo, predisposizione e altri fattori ambientali). Ho applicato un goccino di questa crema detergente sul contorno occhi un paio di volte, lasciandola agire per un quarto d'ora circa, e ho subito tratto un beneficio: la parte interessata risulta subito più nutrita e anche leggermente distesa. Le occhiaie non le cancella, ma sicuramente è un alleato interessante!

  Unconventional uses? Yes, please!
Maybe you have already understood that I have this insane obsession for using cosmetic products in ways for which they are not (explicitly) meant to be used. Of course to the extent to which it is possible (I wouldn't use a conditioner to hydrate my skin). In this case, given its hydrating power, I thought of two alternative uses for this cleansing cream:

1) restoring facial mask.  I happened to think about this use when I was smearing the cream on my face to remove my make up. I thought of leaving in that white cast mentioned above a bit longer (some minutes). The result was similar to the one you get by using it as usual, but more evident. I found it particularly useful as a treatment to be used after a day at the beach when my face (despite I had a cream with spf on) looked like the emoji above! I recommend it!

2) nourishing mask for the eye contour.  This alternative use depends on the fact that I am a poor creature oppressed by  nearly eternal dark circles. Dark circles are often triggered by a lack of hydration (besides the fact that one can be prone to having dark circles, or environmental factors etc). I applied a smidgen of this cream on the area under the eyes and I left it in for 15 minutes. I saw a nice result: the skin immediately looks nourished and also a bit smoother. The cream does not of course erase dark circles but it is a nice ally!

 Reperibilità e prezzo:

Queste note sono un pochino dolenti. Purtroppo i prodotti di [Comfort Zone] non sono semplicissimi da trovare. Per esempio, in Puglia l'unico punto vendita è una farmacia a Taranto, la farmacia Quaranta - se vi capita di trovarvi a Taranto, ve la consiglio: molto fornita, avrete l'aiuto di personale competente e gentile, vi lascio il link alla loro pagina Facebook, qui - dove ho acquistato io, appunto. Il prezzo dei prodotti di questa linea (e credo, in generale, di tutta la marca) è un po' alto. Non metto in dubbio che la qualità sia altissima - penso che la mia recensione lo metta in luce - ma purtroppo non sono prodotti acquistabili da tutti o non sempre, insomma. Per il tubetto da 200 ml il prezzo è di 34 €. Io lo pagai 30, poiché c'era un'offerta presso la farmacia dove l'ho comprato. Non so se può esservi d'aiuto, ma ho trovato anche un sito che vende la linea sacred nature online (non ho notizie in merito ai costi di spedizione ecc, lo trovai quando scoprii la marca ed inizia a curiosare). Ecco qui.   Availability and price:
Unfortunately in Italy these products are not so easy to find. There are not so many shops that sell [Comfort Zone]. I don't know how it works abroad. But here you find the store locator on the website (you can also take a look at the spas and hotels that have these products in your country and maybe you can contact them to know how to purchase them). I also found an online shop that sells [Comfort Zone], you can take a look here.

As for the price, I can only tell you that I paid this 200 ml tube 30 € (it was on sale in the shop in which I bought it) - so a bit pricy, even if I am sure that all the ingredients used are excellent - but I really don't know if the price changes according to the country. I suggest you to contact [Comfort Zone] on Facebook or by sending them an email. Here you find the different email addresses for each country or area. 

 In conclusione, il prodotto mi piace moltissimo, sicuramente è uno dei "latte" detergente con cui mi sono trovata meglio, ma difficilmente lo ricomprerò (a breve) - ahimè. 

  To sum up, I really like this product, it certainly is one of the cleansing "milks" which I liked most, but it is unlikely that I will buy it again (soon) - miserable me.
